Online Gun Purchase & Outdoor Gear FAQs 

March 31, 2020: Due to the current high volume of orders, we cannot guarantee shipping times. Online inventory is not guaranteed to be accurate due to the heavy volume of sales. If the item you ordered is no longer available, you will be notified and refunded any charges. Where is Pat’s Archery & Outdoors located? 

Our brick and mortar store is located at 306 Highway 78 West Jasper, AL 35501, where we assist our customers with their purchases. We are also available online or via telephone at 205-387-7678 to assist with your gun or archery purchase. 

What forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cash, money orders, personal checks (with valid ID) or cashier’s checks are also accepted for payment. 

What are your business hours? 

Our Jasper, Alabama store is open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and all major holidays. 

Is it legal to buy guns and bows online? 

Absolutely! It’s actually faster and could save you money to buy guns, ammo, and archery products online, though there are some federal and local laws that we are required to abide by. Call us at 205-387-7678 to learn more about these legalities and how we can help you purchase your gun within those. 

Can I pick up my gun or archery purchase in-store? 

Yes, in most cases, you can stop by our location in Jasper, Alabama to pick up your gun, bow or accessories. After you’ve placed your order online, give us a call at 205-387-7678 to make sure we have your item in the store before heading over. 

What if the gun I want to purchase isn’t in stock? 

If we have the gun listed “Out of Stock” on our website, please give us a call at the store to see if we happen to have the particular one you’re looking for in stock. If we don’t have it in our store or online, we can check with our distributor to find a date the item will be back in stock to give you an idea of when you’ll be able to purchase the specific gun. 

Do your products come with a warranty?

In most cases, yes, our guns will have a manufacturer’s warranty included. Our archery products typically also come with a manufacturer’s warranty. With each of these warranties, you’ll want to pay close attention to the included documentation regarding these warranties, or our knowledgeable staff can assist you with this information. Our accessories may have a manufacturer’s warranty depending on the type of product purchased. Contact us to learn more about our available warranties for your purchase. 

Can I make a gun or archery purchase over the phone? 

Yes! When you call to place your order, make sure you have the product code and the manufacturer’s item number available, as well as your payment information, ready so that we can ensure a quick and easy purchase process.
